Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Newly Licensed has no expiry date and needs no credit card. It covers up to 25 clients or 25 policies, with commission and residual tracking, Medicare and ACA quoting, HealthSherpa enrollment, and client intake forms included.
When do I need to upgrade?
When your book outgrows the plan. Past 25 clients or policies, Independent Agent ($29/month) takes you to 50. Past 50, Insurance Broker ($49/month) removes the cap. If you run a downline and need payroll, overrides, and custom contracts for your agents, that's the Agency plan.
How does Agency plan pricing work?
$199/month includes 5 users across admin, manager, customer service, and agent roles. Each user after that is $20/month. You're not paying per seat from the first one.
Is commission tracking an add-on?
No. Commission tracking is included on every plan, including the free one. If you'd rather we process your carrier statements for you, that's $0.25 per row, billed only when you use it.
What does the Marketing Suite cost?
$50/month on any plan, for the dialer, SMS, email, funnels, and automation.
How am I billed, and what happens to my client data?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, so we never see your card number. Your clients' health data stays in your account, Medicare IDs and policy numbers are encrypted, and we never sell your data.
