How your data comes in
You don't have to import anything yourself. We send you a simple template for your clients and policies, you fill it out, and we import it for you. Don't want to fill out a template? Send us your carrier exports and we'll move everything into it ourselves. Carrier commission statements come in as the files your carriers already send you, and AgencyView matches each row to the policy on your book.
Who helps you move
Onboarding is done by Chase, the founder, the same person who builds AgencyView. After you sign up you'll get an email inviting you to an onboarding call, and you can book one anytime from the Help button in the left-side menu. On the call we set up your account so you can start entering clients and policies, and leads if you work them. If you'd rather not map carrier statements yourself, we can process them for you at $0.25 a row.
How long setup takes
Importing your book takes anywhere from a couple of hours to a day. Account setup takes as little as 10 minutes for a solo agent. For an agency adding custom contracts and onboarding its agents, it takes a couple of hours.
Your first week
Day one: sign up (the free plan needs no credit card), send us your filled-out template or your carrier exports, and book your onboarding call.
Within a day: your clients and policies are imported.
Then: if you run an agency, set up your contracts and bring your agents on. Upload your first carrier statement and see what was paid, what's outstanding, and what's still owed.
