AgencyView is a CRM and agency management system for health and life insurance agents and agencies.
One person builds and supports it: founder Chase Catalano. Chase started AgencyView in 2018 as the internal tool for his own call-center agency. In 2025 he closed the agency and opened AgencyView to other agents and agencies.

Built by an agent who needed it
I'm Chase Catalano. I started as an independent agent and soon opened my own agency, a call center. By 2018 I'd taken spreadsheets as far as they could go (and I was good at spreadsheets), so I started building AgencyView as our internal tool. Back then AgencyBloc was the only real option for agency commission tracking. Nobody I knew in the industry was impressed by it, wanted to pay for it, or actually used it for commissions. In 2025 I closed the agency, sold my book, and turned AgencyView into the platform you see today.
I also have a background in hospitality, and customer service is everything to me. When you have an issue I answer in minutes, not hours, and I'll keep it that way no matter how big AgencyView gets. If a feature would help you run your book or your agency better, I want to hear about it. I'll work to make it part of the AgencyView ecosystem.
